Congratulations to the CHS Symphonic Band! On Monday, they travelled to Millersville University to participate in a Music Performance Assessment. The band played two prepared pieces and sight-read (no practice) another piece for a panel of judges who are collegiate band directors from Millersville, Messiah, and F&M. The band received a Superior rating from all three judges, the highest rating possible on the prepared pieces, as well as a Superior rating on the sight-reading piece.
