Mr. Hilt and some Hill Campus students recently partnered with the Donegal Fish & Conservation Association for a hands-on trout stocking experience.

Working together, students helped transfer and release trout into their natural habitat while learning about environmental stewardship, conservation practices, and the importance of maintaining healthy ecosystems.

During our Spring College and Career Fair, Hill Campus students in grades 10–12 had the opportunity to meet with representatives, ask questions, and explore a wide range of future pathways.

A big thank you to all the colleges, universities, trade schools, businesses, and military personnel who took the time to connect with our students and help make this event impactful.

With the warm and sunny weather this week, Ms. Mellon’s Honors British Literature class took their learning outside. They analyzed and discussed symbolism in George Orwell’s 1984 under the bright spring sunshine. Taking class outside is one of the many ways CHS finds joy and fun in learning!

Students took on the roles of different countries, made tactical decisions and worked to achieve their goals by forming alliances. Through this experience, they gained insight into what it may have been like to lead a nation in the period leading up to World War I.

Tough one today, falling 0-2 to Lancaster Catholic. The score didn't go our way, but getting the chance to play at Penn Medicine Park was an incredible experience we won't forget. Proud of the fight and effort from the team.

The CHS Social Studies Department welcomed a panel of Vietnam veterans to the Hill Campus this week. The veterans answered students' questions and shared their experiences, providing students with a unique window into living history.

In 7th grade science classes, students have been learning about weather, water, and climates around the world.
