Columbia Virtual Academy (CVA) Orientation:
The CVA Orientation previously scheduled for Friday, August 20 is cancelled and will be rescheduled. Students that have elected to do CVA will be contacted for an orientation.

The CBSD School Board Meeting will be held today, August 20th, at 6:00 pm at Columbia High School. The meeting agenda is posted on the district's web site - https://app.agendamanager.com/cbsd/meeting/view/41029/
You can plan to attend or catch it live on zoom. Zoom link will be available only a couple of minutes beforehand.

VIRTUAL MEETINGS:
The high school CTC meeting on August 17 (6:00pm) and the 9th grade orientation on August 18 (6:00pm) will be held virtually.
The link to each of these meetings will be sent out later in the week.
It can be challenging to understand the mix of emotions and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19. Join this 30-minute session to learn strategies and tools to strengthen your ability to cope, reduce stress, and be your best self in difficult times.

Students, Parents, and guardians:
We plan to distribute computers for students in grades 7-12 prior to school opening. Students can pick up their computers during the following times:
• Monday, August 10 (9:00am-12:00pm)
• Monday, August 10 (1:00pm-6:00pm)
• Tuesday, August 11 (9:00am-12:00pm)
• Tuesday, August 11 (1:00pm-6:00pm)
There are no sign ups required. Middle School students will pick up their computers in front of the high school and high school students will pick up their computers at our maintenance garage.
All students will receive a laptop except for full-day CTC students.
