Congratulation to Park's Student of the Month for April: Gavin Campbell!
Gavin was the highest PBIS Point earner for the 2nd grade during the month of April. Thank you to The Lion's Club for sponsoring our Student of the Month - We are Park Proud!

Mrs. Seller's class made a guided cactus oil pastel drawing with Mr. Achuff in art class. They then compared and contrasted using oil pastels and crayons using a Venn Diagram. We are Park Proud!

We celebrated Day 1 with a Gourmet Soda Table because we are "Soda-lighted to have a staff like Team Park!"

Our Student Ambassadors took part in the Columbia Community Spring Clean Up Day! What a fabulous event making Columbia beautiful! We are Park Proud!

Thank you to Hurricane Pizza for their generous donation of pizza to celebrate Mrs. Shirk and Mrs. Carles' 3rd Graders! They worked so hard on their PSSA's over the last 2 weeks and made us Park Proud!

Our 1st Graders had a fun visit from Forgotten Friends Reptile Sanctuary.

Congratulations to our Star students for the week of April 27th! These students were nominated by their teachers for showing patience!

We are finished with our One School, One Book, but our friend Carlotta is still making her way through the classrooms! Each class is completing a journal with all of her adventures - she is having a blast and learning a lot at Park!

Mrs. Herr's 1st grade class got their hands dirty as they were practicing their planting skills. We can't wait to see their hard work grow!

Our 3rd graders are learning about circuits and making a styrofoam ball float and rotate in mid air. What a cool way to learn!

Mrs. Lehman's 2nd grade class is working on a unit called: "Good Eats" during ELA. They learned how to follow a recipe and made energy balls!
