Flyer titled ‘School-Based Dental Care.’ Text reads: ‘Sign your student up for Family First Health’s Mobile School Dental Program! Link is in the post.’ Upcoming visit dates listed as Park Elementary on March 10, Hill Campus on March 11, and Taylor Middle on March 20. Photo shows two dental providers in protective gear providing dental care to students in a school classroom using portable dental equipment. Family First Health logo and a maroon letter ‘C’ logo appear at the bottom.

The district is partnering once again with Family First Health’s Mobile School Dental Team to bring on-site dental care directly to students during the school day this spring.

The fully equipped mobile dental unit will visit schools in March, offering preventive and restorative dental services such as exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and X-rays. The program helps students receive needed dental care without missing class time and reduces the need for parents and guardians to take time off work for appointments.

Upcoming Mobile Dental Visits

  • March 10, 2026 – Park Elementary

  • March 11, 2026 – Hill Campus

  • March 20, 2026 – Taylor Middle School

District officials are encouraging families at Hill Campus and Taylor Middle School to enroll as soon as possible to ensure the mobile clinic can visit those schools as scheduled.

How to Enroll

Parents and guardians must complete a separate enrollment form for each child. The online form can be completed using a phone, tablet, or computer and should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled school visit.

The enrollment form is available at:

If a student has dental insurance, Family First Health will bill the insurance directly, with most plans accepted. Families should note that if a child already sees another dentist, insurance may not cover both visits.

QR code flyers linking to the enrollment form are available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
