Columbia Borough School District will continue remote learning upon returning from Thanksgiving break on Monday (11.30.2020) through Friday (12.04.2020). We will continue to communicate with all students and families when updates become available.

Good afternoon Parents and Caregivers of CBSD
This is Dr. Gregg McGough Interim Superintendent.
The District’s Public Health Team was just made aware of a COVID 19 case from the community and through contact tracing it will impact teachers and students at all three buildings. At this time, the schools will not be properly staffed. The district is taking two(2) decisive actions.
1. On Thursday November 19th, the school district is calling for an early dismissal for students at 1PM. The school nurses at each of the three(3) buildings will communicate with those teachers and students who are considered a “direct contact.” The school nurse will contact either you or your student if he or she came into direct contact.
2. The school district is shifting to remote learning on Friday (11.20.2020), Monday (11.23.2020), and Tuesday (11.24.2020). We will re-evaluate next week and will be in contact with all stakeholders by the end of the week.
The district administration appreciates your patience and understanding in dealing with this recent incident.
If this rapid shift presents a hardship for you or your family today, please contact the principal and your student can remain with us until the end of the scheduled school day.

Advanced Reminder: Typically on a Tuesday we would be hosting Cohort A in school, BUT for Tuesday, November 24th, Cohort B will report to School and Cohort A will be online. This change is due to the holiday. This change is only for November 24th.
Good afternoon. The Columbia Borough School District has made the decision to have Park Elementary return to its normal Blended Learning A/B schedule on Monday November 16th, 2020.

Attention Park Elementary Families,
The CBSD has made the decision to move to remote learning for students at PARK ELEMENTARY beginning Friday (November 13, 2020). All other schools report as usual. Stay tuned for more information about next week’s schedule.
Grab & Go for breakfast and lunch will be available for pick-up at 9AM. The Meal Bundle Pick-Up is still scheduled for 2:45 – 3:15PM.

Columbia Borough School District has made the decision to move to remote learning for all Park Elementary students tomorrow, Friday, November 13. Grab-n-go breakfast and lunch will be available for pick up at 9 a.m. at the lower Cherry St. doors (cafeteria entrance). The meal bundle pick-up is still scheduled for 2:45 p.m. tomorrow at the main entrance. Stay tuned for more information regarding next week's schedule.
