Virtual Awesome Card

Every Friday Ms. Landis and Mr. Rodriguez are giving “shout outs” to students who are doing an AWESOME job with their at home learning. 

Here are Park Elementary Star Students of the Week. Look for more star students every Friday.

(Note: Fourth grade was left off of last week's star students (my bad), so this week will feature a double dose of our fantastic fourth graders) - Mr. Rodriguez


Kindergarten:

Kiera is this week's Star Student for all her hard work and dedication to schoolwork.  She has sent me both pictures and videos of all the great things she is doing at home.  I am so proud of her!

Toby is my star student this week. He has been on every zoom and participates. He does his work and sends me awesome pictures of it!He always checks to make sure I am ok too. 😊 His family is doing a great job supporting Toby’s learning. Keep it up! 

Chloe has been doing a great job with reading at home and working on math by adding three numbers in a column. Congratulations Chloe!


First Grade: 

Leanna is not giving up, even if she gets frustrated.  She is doing a good job with telling me how she feels and working through assigned work in both Mrs. Eshelman’s class and working with me on our Zooms.

Kassadee attends Zoom lessons and completes assignments!  Way to go Kassadee, keep up the hard work! 

Dominic has participated in all Zoom Meetings and completed every assignment that we have had since on-line learning began.  I am so proud of you Dominic. You are AWESOME! 

Parker has been an all-star completing all his schoolwork. He participates in all our Zooms with a smile. 

Brady is working hard each day to complete assignments. He joins in all our zoom meetings and is practicing his reading skills on Epic. Keep up the good work Brady!

Kendyl has had 100% participation on every Zoom and Seesaw assignment!

Kole for his participation in all Zoom meetings and completing his assignments.

Liam has had 100% participation (work and Zoom meetings) since we began taking attendance.  He works hard with his family and always finds ways to keep us laughing during class meetings.  Finally, he was super excited to take the lead in a Zoom meeting to teach his classmates how to make sock puppets.  Way to go, Liam!  I am proud of all of your hard work!


Second Grade:

Micheal has been working hard and completing assignments this week. He actively participates in zoom meetings. Micheal is doing a great job participating in virtual learning. Keep up the good work Micheal! 

Brooklynn has completed all assigned work for online learning. The work she completes is wonderful. She writes beautiful paragraphs for her written responses. She has read all assigned books. Brooklynn shows up at Zooms and always has positive things to add to our discussions. She is the first one to complete assignments and has helped me many times when websites are down or not working. She is absolutely a great role model and STAR student in my classroom. Thank you Brooklynn! I miss seeing your smiling face! 😊

Caitlin has completed every assignment I've assigned and has attended all zoom meetings. Caitlin continues to work hard on all of her assignments! 


Third Grade:

Caleb brings joy to my day every time I see him on zoom. He is fun and a hard working student.  He has been turning in all assignments.  He is listening well during our read aloud and participates often.  Keep up the good work Caleb!

Andrew is my star student for the week. Andrew has been doing an awesome job with distance learning.  He is completing all of his work on time and some weeks he has been completing his work early.  This week he has been completing and having a lot of fun with the ABC countdown.  Andrew has also been to all of the zoom meetings.  I am so proud of all of his hard work and dedication to all of his 3rd assignments.  He has been a Rockstar!  Keep up the amazing work buddy!

Jeffery has been such a star student, working from home.  He works hard to complete his assignments and is always part of our zoom meetings.  He has expressed his honest thoughts and concerns during our time at home, which has helped other students to open up during our zoom.  It has been so wonderful to have you in my class for the past two years!  Keep up the great work Jeff.  

Owen is working very hard on all of the online assignments and should be commended!! 

 

Fourth Grade:

Max for his enthusiasm and consistency in zoom meetings.  Every morning Max comes on ready to learn.  He has been doing a great job at reading stories to Miss Neef and answering tricky multiplication problems.  Keep up the hard work Max! 

Carson has been doing great with his online learning.  He completes his assignments and participates in discussions during Zoom Meetings. Keep up the good work, Carson!

Haven has been a “Star Online Student”.  She pays attention to every detail and puts forth her very best effort on every assignment. 

Vivienne has been working hard and doing awesome since day 1 of online learning. She goes above and beyond on all her assignments and attends all her Zoom meetings. Great job!

Isabella for working hard since the first day of online learning.  She is committed to her schoolwork, attends Zoom meetings, and puts her best effort into her assignments

Marina has gone above and beyond these past few weeks making sure that all her work has been completed and asking questions when necessary. This is no surprise being that Marina has always been a hard worker in the classroom.

Marley has risen to the occasion in Online Learning.  Marley has attended every Zoom meeting promptly and continues to complete all her work well.

Chase has not only completed all his assignments but has also displayed excellent work. He is taking his assignments seriously and showing great work ethic. 

Lexie has been rocking her virtual learning experience.  She completes all her assignments to the best of her ability and does not hesitate to reach out to her teachers with questions.  Keep up the great work!

Micah has been completing all his assignments with thoughtfulness, thoroughness,  and creativity. He doesn’t hesitate to reach out for help. We are so proud of you!

Nathaniel is completing all the work he needs for school and even building things on his own time with his dad. He is eager to learn and participate. He is making the best out of online learning. 

Tyler has been doing an excellent job with his online learning.  He never hesitates to reach out to his teachers with any questions he may have.  Keep up the great work!

Brayden has been very focused on his online learning from the beginning. He attends all Zoom meetings and works hard on all his assignments. Brayden takes his online learning seriously. We are proud of how well he is doing!


Ms. Landis and I miss you all. Thanks for being AWESOME through this challenging time!
